A neighborhood center with a whole lot of heart
Gifted Minds Childcare Learning Center opened its doors on Liberty Road to give Randallstown families something hard to find: child care that feels like family and teaches like a real school. We're licensed, we're local, and we're the kind of place where teachers know every parent's name by the second week.
From the infant room to pre-K, our days are built on three simple things — a safe space, steady routines and grown-ups who genuinely light up when your child walks in.

Are you licensed?
Yes. Gifted Minds Childcare Learning Center is a licensed commercial child care center and preschool operating at 9016 Liberty Road in Randallstown, Maryland. Our license and inspection records are posted in the lobby and available on request.
What ages do you serve?
Infants from 6 weeks through school-age children up to 12 years in our before and after school program.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, year round. We follow a published holiday calendar shared with families each year.
Do you accept child care scholarships or vouchers?
We work with families using the Maryland Child Care Scholarship program and similar assistance. Call us at (443) 272-2260 and we'll walk you through the paperwork.
Can I tour before enrolling?
Please do. Tours run during the week and take about 20 minutes. Bring your child — we love seeing where they wander first.
